For two years, we did not have the heating and air conditioning system operating because we were told our system was ruined.  This shot our electric bill up from $150 a month to $400 a month.  Christmas in April fixed it with a $5 part.  The roof leak repair was awesome.  It was incredible.  I can’t put into words how much we appreciate it.
